OBERSON, a Multidisciplinary Architecture and Design house established in 2002 by the visionary architect, Dana Oberson, stands as a globally acclaimed studio. The studio specializes in a diverse range of projects, including hotels, resorts, hospitality venues, high-end residences, and public spaces in Israel and abroad.
Led by partners Arch. Dana Oberson & Arch. Oded Livyatan, OBERSON’s design aesthetic is guided by a meticulous and holistic approach. Enriched with a profound understanding of architectural spaces, environmental considerations, and a distinctive perspective on furniture, textiles, and accessories. The design process unfolds through an ongoing dialogue with clients, resulting in detailed, customized designs.
Comprising a multidisciplinary team of dedicated designers and architects, OBERSON is committed to the highest levels of creative expression. Born in Israel and currently lives in Tel Aviv. In 2013, While studying architecture with Dana Oberson, Oded joined her studio as an intern. Since then, he held several senior roles within the firm, and led some of its flag projects while growing it together with Oberson from four to more than 25 talented architects and designers. As managing partner and lead architect, he is currently responsible for the overall management, and delivery of key projects in the studio as well as leading architecture and design processes with Oberson. Odeds inspiration derives from vernacular forms of architecture, locality and sustainability, combined with a contemporary design approach. Aside from architecture and design, Livyatan is intrigued by entrepreneurship and cuisine, drawing inspiration from traveling around the world and believes architecture is, first of all, a form of art. Oded holds a Master of Arts degree (M.A in Architecture) from Tel Aviv University.
